President of the Administration Board of ENAPOR (Ports of Cape Verde as shown his concerns with the accepted model of "exploration of the major ports by a single operator in a private monopoly regime"
As the "Expresso das Ilhas" had advanced in its issue 742 of February 17, Cape Verde will sign within days the sub-concession of the ports of Mindelo and Praia with Bolloré.
In a letter to the Prime Minister of Cape Verde, José Maria Neves, the President of the Administration Board of ENAPOR (Ports of Cape Verde), Carlitos Fortes, as shown his concerns with the accepted model of "exploration of the major ports by a single operator in a private monopoly regime". Thus, President Carlitos Fortes asks the government to rethink the contract to be signed with the French multinational.
